- Board Certified:
REQUIRED - Active OH License & DEA:
HIGHLY Preferred (Willing to consider IMLC) - BLS Certification:
REQUIRED - Flu Vaccine:
REQUIRED at the time of credentialing - COVID Vaccine:
Preferred - Preference to candidates available for ALL listed dates
- Conventional Radiotherapy
- 3D Radiotherapy
- Photon Beam Radiation Therapy
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
- External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT
- External Beam Radiation - IGRT
- External Beam Radiation - IMRT
- BLS
- Board Certified
